Vobe Interiors are proud to bring our online & in store customers a nationwide delivery service We provide a highly professional and efficient delivery service right to your door. Once your order is placed Our Despatch Department will contact you when your goods arrive into our centralized warehouse and they will arrange a delivery appointment with you. Once delivery times are set and we know your home orders are delivered safely to your home on time & at the agreed date & time.

€8 Small + €25 Medium delivery

Your order will be packaged by Vobe staff in store so that it arrives to you safely we will use all appropriate packaging to ensure this. Vobe has partnered with An post national delivery service to ensure quality and value for money services. Small and Medium delivery are both fully traceable & tracked delivery via An Post

€60 large & XL €80 fragile delivery

Where possible Vobe Interiors will endeavor to deliver larger pieces or larger collections of furniture on our own branded vehicles. This is again to ensure safe delivery of the product. Products are wrapped in blankets, bubble warped, hand delivered, fully assembled and all packaging material removed by our teams at the property

Free Click & Collect

Our shop in Carrick on Shannon is open 7 days a week Monday to Sunday 10 - 6pm. When customers choose Click and Collect as their preferred delivery method either for an online order or shop order we will notify customers by email or phone to inform them that their order is ready to collect

Courier Delivery

On occasion due to the geographical location Vobe may choose to use a furniture delivery specialist to expedite the delivery of an order to your home. Specialist delivery companies we are partnered with are fully trained in the delivery and handling of products into your home. We coordinate all of deliveries through our central warehouse which is linked to our physical shop in Carrick on Shannon

Frequently asked questions

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Customers can see stock availability on the product page & description for each item on the Vobe website. If products are in stock then typically these are dispatched on the same or next day. For any product which has a lead time of more than 1 - 2 weeks a member of our sales staff will be in touch within 24 hours with a receipt of your order to let  you know an estimated delivery date

How can I change the delivery date or time?

If you need to change the delivery address of your order after speaking with our delivery team please contact our support team on 071 965 0957 or email [email protected]. There is no charge to change delivery time however whilst every effort will be made to accommodate a late change in address or time delivery times quoted originally are approximate 

Returns Policy

We are happy to accept items as returns when purchased in-store within 14 days of purchase date provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged. Certain items such as rugs, mirrors, accessories and pictures must be returned within 48 hours. Made to measure or bespoke items may be returned in exceptional circumstances (please see below). Should we accept your returned item we will issue you with a credit note. Please note we do not offer cash refunds.

Please ensure to have all details pertaining to your purchase available. If you purchase an item from us online, you may return the item, cancel the contract prior to delivery or cancel the contract within 14 days of delivery for a full refund provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged

 

Can I return a special order ( non stock / bespoke item? )

For online sales of Special Order, made to measure or bespoke items these may be returned only in exceptional circumstances. For orders of Special Orders (non-stock items) and made to measure or bespoke items ordered in-store a 30% deposit is required to secure that order. Should we agree to accept the cancellation of your bespoke order we reserve the right to keep a partial deposit and or 30% of the value of your order.

You will, however, be responsible for any postage/courier charges to return the item. This includes large furniture items the Vobe Interiors Delivery Team delivered to you.

If you are going to use a courier service Vobe suggest for small and medium items using An Post Returns https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns. If your item is medium or large please contact us if you need support with sourcing a delivery service to collect the product from your property and we will be happy to guide you

Please ensure to use appropriate packaging as only items that reach us in perfect condition will be accepted as returns. Once the item has been returned our customer service personnel will review it and once approved, your account will be credited. Please allow 10 days for the money to be refunded to your account.

We strongly advise you ensure to measure the room and access points to your room prior to ordering furniture which are Special Order items. If you receive an item from us that is faulty or defective please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. We will ensure to remedy the situation for you as soon as possible.

Please ensure to use appropriate packaging as only items that reach us in perfect condition will be accepted as returns. Once the item has been returned we will review it and once approved, your account will be credited. Please allow 28 days for the money to be refunded to your account. 

 

When do I get a definite delivery date and how can I pay the remaining balance on my order?

As soon as your order arrives to us a member of our delivery team will contact you to arrange a timeslot with you & inform you that you can pay the remaining balance over the phone or instore before your delivery is dispatched 

What happens if there is an issue with my furniture delivery?

Typically in all cases furniture will be checked before our delivery teams depart from your location. If for any reason you believe there is an issue with your furniture after it has been delivered please contact our support team on 071 965 0957. We recommend sending pictures of the fault or damage to email [email protected]. Our dedicated support team will be here to assist you. Vobe has the right to Repair, Replace or Refund the faulty items for the customer. If a refund is deemed appropriate, then the full purchase price including delivery charge (if applicable) for defective or faulty items will be given.

I ordered multiple products will all my items be delivered all at the same time?

Sometimes when customers have placed multiple products within an order we will part ship items which we have in stock directly to you. Usually we will contact you by email or phone to discuss how your order will be shipped and notify you of exact dates for each item. 

Delivery circumstances outside of our control

The Vobe delivery teams pride themselves on being highly efficient and organized but from time to time circumstances such as traffic congestion or bad weather our delivery teams may be restricted to meet the agreed time slot. You will have by this time a contact number of the delivery manager who In this situation will contact you to communicate the slight delay and notify you of the matter.
