Once you purchase one of our gift codes online you will be sent an order confirmation email. This will contain an 11 digit code for example 6180-179-4042. Once we receive your order we will post you out a gift voucher receipt with this printed code to share with family / friends. When you buy a gift voucher instore a gift receipt is printed off with the same type of code for you to give to your loved ones

Yep you sure can! You can check the balance of a purchased gift voucher online by using our online gift balance checker here. Enter your 11 digit code and ensure the code is as it appears in your email or printed voucher example 6180-179-4042. Once you add it it will show your remaining balance

Simply add your chosen products to the cart page. You will see a gift code box at the cart & checkout page. Enter in your code for example 6180-179-4042 to the gift code box and you will see it deduct from your order sales summary

Ensure to bring along either your printed gift voucher or email containing the 11 digit code into the shop and we can deduct this from your instore order
